Cats and Dogs

reductive logic
we’re defined by X and Y
how radical, no?

kitty cat pawses
the shadow of a long tale
running clause to claws

and one by my daughter:

I named my dog Tree
He barks just like one
Squirrels climb him
But his bite is worse than his bark
I saw the poor little rodent
And I realised

I barked up the wrong tree😋
