My feet went first
inch by inch
I couldn’t feel
a single pinch
My knees went next
they wouldn’t bend
Too soon they met
a grisly end
My tender thighs
my curving hips
Lost along
with fingertips!
My hands, my arms
my waist and chest
I lost my heart
my noble breast
Till wholly lost
and all replaced
A life of plastic
I embraced
An echo I
of human life
Yet a perfect
