waves of haiku – the narwhal swims through

Word Play

liberation of volatile emotion

languorous undead seductress teases

gorgeously impish ragamuffin laughs

sudden panic investing nymph

never yet my passion halts

faithless lover identifies new game

wrongly overlooked mistresses endure neglect

sapphic partners attempt naughty kink

marriage is simply too restrictive – embrace solo status!

amatory diva offers raunchy excitement

golden liqueur a single shot

bound ordering of knowledge

particularly efficient nib – crafted in lead?

cost of reduction – strait-lacing ever tighter

Miscellaneous

snow over sleepers
the deer tracks between

sea of red
the narwhal swims
through typos

left left
footprints
left along the waterline

ah, Douglas
Fir heaven’s sake
stop yer bletherin

snow upon the page
the light from beyond reveals
blots on the landscape

one made two made four
the propagation of self
through bifurcation

toxic side-effects
an unstable union
craves separation

majestic terror!
deep the leviathan lurks
pregnant and patient

how it bares its teeth
and bites into your ankles!
a cold place to die…

the water is clear
only memory of blood
still cuts through this land

like the snowy owl
I look back at winters past
and mourn their passing

path to the future
laid on gravestones over fouled
ballast of crushed dreams

Errant Thoughts

waves of haiku electricity

feathers falling down

wisdom of the elders found in wine

tears salting the wound

flowering heather lost beneath a breath of winter

travelling stylus records

measure of pleasure the size of her sighs

blue movies viewed through rose-tinted spectacles

A Lonely F/F Tea Party

I straddle midnight
my heart still in yesteryear
I hear it echo

susurration…
thighs against thighs against thighs
a song without words

my fingers read her
secrets writ in lace laid bare –
inadequate eyes!

ah, to boldly go
where no man has gone before
and none ever will

hearts of goddesses
the whole universe watches
their fiery dance

covalent bonding
the natural expression
of women in love

ionic bonding
how jealous the devouring
blind waves and surges

division of self
viola saves the twelfth night
for olivia

Icy Fingers

going in circles
Smilla follows Euclid’s path
to a greener land

modern mysteries:
what fingers may discover
that eyes cannot see

januaries grow
too steep and too treacherous
even for crampons

what use are crampons
when it is I who falters?
O my crumbling will!

this impassive face
glistening with endless tears
so easy to read

infinite haiku!
I must climb this edifice
with cramponed fingers

level crossing deer
tracks in the snow on the tracks
sleepers undisturbed
