her fate is sealed

her fate is sealed, she’s luckier than some
who die alone in lifeless space… let her whine
let her scream, and tremble as you come

she’ll glimpse your writhing terror as the raindrops drum
upon the canopy, she’ll know that with your vine
her fate is sealed, she’s luckier than some

who meet their death in agony, or cold and numb
not held in lover’s arms, a warm embrace like thine
let her scream, and tremble as you come

slithering through the undergrowth, it would be dumb
to run, foolish to fight, demented to decline…
her fate is sealed, she’s luckier than some

who gasp for air, their bodies robbed, not a crumb
of comfort, but you, you would offer death divine!
let her scream, and tremble as you come

to bind her to your will, she won’t be glum
for long, you’ll have your fill of sacred wine…
her fate is sealed, she’s luckier than some
let her scream, and tremble as you come
