I turn twice clockwise

A golden chain slinks round my neck
With sinuous curves and tender grace
A golden key suspends beneath
Kept warm within a tender place

It is the key that winds my love
It lights her eyes and gives them life
She’s my creation, my design,
She’s my industrious, beauteous wife

I turn twice clockwise with the dawn
And off she whirs with whistling glee
To kitchen work with manic joy
Flipping pancakes, brewing tea

I turn twice clockwise when it’s noon
And send her shopping with a list
She’s quickly back with food and parts –
And oily treats she can’t resist

I turn twice clockwise when it’s dark
She grins and begs me, ‘Tighter still!’
I kiss her hungry, plastic lips
And turn again, again, until…

‘Enough!’ she screams, ‘it is too much
I cannot stand this tensile tease!
The pressure’s such I start to leak –
I need release! I beg you! Please!’

I lay her down and spread her wide
To study close the trickling flow
‘This is,’ I say, ‘a serious fault
And must be fixed before you blow!’

My fingers must control her dials
My tongue seeks out the hidden switch
My search is slow, and loud she screams!
From pain or pleasure – I don’t know which

Her gears and servos spinning wild
She smiles, says, ‘Mistress, now I thirst.’
I turn and sit astride her face
She delves and licks until I burst.
