The Vampire and the Succubus

‘Lady S., so pleased to make your acquaintance!’

‘And I yours, Sir V. I do enjoy the company of distinguished gentlemen such as yourself.’

‘And I enjoy the company of ladies with such exquisite taste. I have been admiring your necklace, and the beauty of the neck it graces.’

‘My neck? Are you sure you weren’t looking a little lower?’

‘I must confess that your charming figure had not escaped my attention.’

‘Relax, Sir. There is no need to stand at attention.’

‘My Lady, it would be profoundly disrespectful to do otherwise in your presence.’

‘Oh, Sir. I do enjoy your flattery. But surely there’s something I can do to put you at ease?’

‘I’m sure there is… Would you care to join me for a quiet drink?’

‘You read my mind, Sir.’
