An Uncomfortable Rhyme

A lady with golden, glorious, silky curls
a-glitter with jewels, titanium clips and pearls,
her violet eyes with mischievous thoughts are bright,
their lingering glances promising such delight,
her lyrical voice seductive, so pure, so sweet,
with whispering sighs, entreats me to come and eat…
We drive to her country home in a limousine –
a beautiful gothic hall from a magazine –
she watches and urges on as I eat my fill,
discovering late it’s me she intends to kill.

Experimenting with five beats, lurching in twelve syllables per line, ten lines total:
da dum da da dum da dum da da dum da dum
