Blavatar Thoughts

I rather like the white teeth against the red-dark background, but while they were appropriate, in a way, for a site focussing on vampires, they’re rather off-putting when I’m posting about erotic poetry.

It didn’t really matter until recently, but I’ve started a Facebook page and I’m hanging out a bit on Google+, and those teeth are haunting me.

So I’ve made a new blavatar. Let me know what you think…

  1. The writing may get lost in something so small as a blavatar. Maybe you can find an erotic image of fangs, that could serve for both the vampire and erotic poetry sides…

    • Frank says:

Thanks – Maybe… I actually find the fangs slightly erotic, suggestive of a shapely pair of legs.

But the real impact of the blavatar is at the larger sizes used on Facebook and Google+ – the writing may not be legible, but the sense of writing is clear, and the colours are more inviting.

      You’ve got me thinking though…

… but not now! Back to watching Abraham Lincoln killing vampires…

(Oh, dear. More vampires. ~All the lonely vampires, where do they all come from.~)

Please leave a reply. Please! Pretty please! Cherry on top...
